Duct Problems

Duct problems we see in the field.

These two images (top & below) were taken out of a New Orleans restaurant. The owner of this

steakhouse had just spent $ 30,000.00 to have his HVAC system upgraded. Looks like they missed

a  few things!

This image above and the one below are out of a home owners attic. Duct leakage 57 degrees on a 95 degree day. The home owner had spent several thousand dollars in repairs with a local HVAC company.

We see these types of problems everyday, and we repair them!

This is an open area in the supply plenum up in an attic. This was cut open by an HVAC company

to clean the coil. However they only taped the metal duct down. Within a few days the tape gave way

letting cold air spill into the attic. We were hired to clean up this mess with other duct related issues.
