The blue thermal signature is cooling loss. The red thermal signature is heat from the attic. Most homes in Louisiana have this poor design. Energy loss and air restrictions in the duct. See the flex duct in the right digital image how it turns, it was not installed properly. These ducts were not sealed with duct mastic.
